Recently, you may have been made aware of the existence of a digital fugitive known as "koolcat".

The recent spotting of this dangerous cybercriminal, long presumed to be under zero-escape captivity, has created a lot of media noise. It is our understanding that they were able to successfully break out of confinement due to a temporary outage in a technical system. The IVDA is currently in the process of locating their whereabouts and expects to apprehend them before they are able to cause any impacts to local infrastructure.

Despite koolcat's persuasive abilities, one thing must be made clear. This virus is a fugitive who fully intends to dismantle cyberspace as we know it and destroy the city you love. They are guilty of promoting conspiracy theories about the city's safety systems as well as key investors into the local infrastructure in order to diminish trust in our institutions.
